I had some very positive experience working with Rachel many years ago.
We received regular communications from her for years, so when my husband was
selling his mother’s home,  Susan and Rachel were the first realtors we got in
touch with.  Susan was very prompt in her response and took the time to go
through the house and explain everything thoroughly.  She returned phone calls
promptly and answered all of our questions.  Susan gave great advice for showing
the house.  We had five people she needed to keep updated and she had no
objections to that.  We were all kept in touch about each showing.  We would
definitely recommend Rachel and Susan and look forward to working with them
again when we sell our own home.
